Our security policy covers our own employees and extends to vendors that provide computer and/or communication services. The key aspects of our security policy are:

Privacy eSight Careers Network will ask you to let us have your name, e-mail address, telephone number (only if you wish to be invited to participate in focus groups), City, Country and zip code. The purpose of this information is to be able to communicate with you. This personally indentifiable information (PII) will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of our organization. Aggregate information may be shared with the sponsors of eSight in order to describe the demographics of users of the site. Confidentiality No member information will be disclosed to any other organization. Sensitive information such as member passwords will be secured. Authentication Each user creates a member name and password to authenticate the individual upon logon to eSight Community. Authorization We have implemented procedures whereby sensitive functions can only be accessed by an authorized staff member of Lighthouse International. Audit A comprehensive set of session statistics monitors such activities as logon attempts and other aspects of a member session. All user, system administration, and developer access will be logged, maintained, and monitored. "Cookies" Our site does use "cookies" but its purpose is limited to retaining the users' login status. The user has the option of not using a "cookie'. Corrections, Deletions Members can, at any time, request that changes be made in their personally identifiable information or that their file be deleted by sending e-mail to the webmaster of eSight. Chat Rooms, Dialogue Boards Please note that unlike the above Privacy/Security policies, any information you divulge in a chat room, forum or message board is considered public information and is not protected. Such disclosure may increase the possibility of receiving unsolicited or "spam" mail. |
